High phosphorous content alloys are used to design our pins to deliver uncompromising strength. Measurement of surface finish is done using ultra-high accuracy equipment.
Piston Pins are made in various alloy plates of steel, heat treated, and super finished ground in the range of 10 to 45 mm dia.
The Piston pin connects the piston and connecting rod. It is similar to a simple cylindrical shaft and can be solid or hollow. The piston pin is held by circlips and is made up of special hardened steel. At Klintek, we ensure the quality of piston pins are in the required diameter and are made of various alloy plates of steel, heat treated, and super finished as per our customer’s requirements.
